Booking Policy – Flora Naturopathy

To provide the best care and accommodate the needs of all clients, Flora Naturopathy has established the following booking policy:

Appointment Booking

Booking Methods:
Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly at hello@floranaturopathy.com.

Booking Confirmation:
All appointments are considered tentative until confirmed by Flora Naturopathy.

New Client Information

New Client Forms:
New clients are required to complete and submit the ‘New Client Intake’ form at least 24 hours prior to their first appointment.

Health History:
Accurate and up-to-date health history is essential for effective care. Please provide any recent pathology results or investigations by emailing them to hello@floranaturopathy.com.

Arrival Time

Arrival:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a prompt start.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the full session. However, if this impacts other clients, your session may be shortened, and 100% of the total fee will still apply.

Cancellation Policy

At Flora Naturopathy, we value your time and kindly ask for the same respect in return.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in the loss of the 50% deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

Payment for Services

Initial Consultations:
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation.

Follow-Up Appointments:
Payment can be made at the time of booking or at the consultation, as arranged with the practitioner.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Bank transfer (by arrangement)

Appointment Changes

Rescheduling:
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time by contacting hello@floranaturopathy.com.

Changes Within 12 Hours:
Rescheduling within 12 hours is at the client’s discretion and may result in a 50% fee.

No-Shows:
Failing to attend an appointment without notice will result in 100% of the total fee.

Practitioner Cancellations:
If the practitioner cannot attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately and be communicated to clients and available on our website: www.floranaturopathy.com.

Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors to www.floranaturopathy.com are responsible for their own health and safety. Please note, the information provided is not individualized medical advice. For specific health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
